School Conversion

The Delivery.

This was a turnkey project, compromising of:

• The transformation of the former school hall, restoring original features and converting it into a spacious open-plan living area with adjoining bedroom and en-suite.
• Installation of kitchen, fitted with premium finishes and state-of-the-art appliances.
• Construction of a ground floor extension to accommodate three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms.
• Application of vertical cedar cladding, adding a contemporary touch that complements the home’s unique charm.
• We also held responsibility for managing, and coordinating our teams of trusted subcontractors on site, including electricians, plumbers, and bricklayers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
