This new housing development, on 0.9 hectares of agricultural land created 64 new homes in Kent. The site included a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, as well as 1 and 2 bed apartments.
Appointed by WW Martin, we provided 1st and 2nd fix carpentry services to all buildings, as well as external cladding and interior finishes.
Designed by OSG Architecture, the development has been sensitively developed to reflect the surroundings of the Kent coastal area.
Orbit Homes, as the developer, secured buyers for every plot within 8 months of releasing plans for this affordable, but high-quality development.
